Okay, so I was messing around in Yashiori Island, right? And I stumbled upon this locked common chest. I was like, “Oh, cool, free loot!” But then I realized it wasn’t that simple.
I searched around the immediate area, thinking maybe there was a switch or something obvious nearby. No dice. I even climbed up some rocks to get a better view, thinking maybe it was a perspective thing. Nope.
My Problem Solving Process
- First, I tried just attacking it. I mean, sometimes brute force works, right? But, my sword just bounced right off.
- Then, I remembered those little sword shrines scattered around the island. I figured maybe they had something to do with it.
- So, I started hunting them down. I found a couple right away. Interact with them, quick prayer, and boom, one of the “locks” on the chest disappears.
- I spent a good chunk of time just wandering around, using my elemental sight to try and spot them. It was a bit like a scavenger hunt, honestly.
- I finally got the last one. Then I went to the location of chest.
- Finally, I can open it. I clicked the “open” button.
It was actually kinda fun, figuring it out. Felt like a real mini-adventure. And hey, I got some decent stuff from the chest, so it was worth the effort!
