Alright, so, let’s talk about this whole WWE on Netflix thing. I’ve been a wrestling fan since I was a kid, and you can bet I was pumped when I heard about this deal. I mean, Raw on Netflix? That’s huge! I decided to dig in and see what this is all about. Here’s how it all went down for me.
First off, I had to figure out the basics. When is this even happening? Turns out, it’s starting January 6th. Yeah, not too far away. I marked that date on my calendar, for sure. I don’t want to miss the first episode on a new platform. Then, where can I actually watch this? Well, it looks like Netflix is the exclusive home for Raw in the US, Canada, UK, and Latin America, with more countries to follow. That’s pretty sweet, if you ask me. I’m in the US, so I’m good to go.
Next up, I wanted to know the exact time it would air. I found out that Raw will stream live at 8 p.m. on Mondays. Same as always, which is convenient. No need to change my Monday night routine. I also found out that the episodes will be available immediately after they air. That’s perfect for catching up if I miss the live stream or just want to watch the big moments again.
Then there was this whole Peacock thing. Apparently, Peacock was the place to stream WWE stuff before, but now it’s all moving to Netflix. It was the only streaming home of WWE but not anymore. I used to have a Peacock subscription, but I guess I don’t need that anymore. One less thing to pay for, which is always nice.
So, I made sure my Netflix subscription was up to date. Then, I set a reminder on my phone for January 6th. I even invited a few buddies over to watch the first episode on Netflix with me. We’re gonna make a whole night of it, pizza, drinks, the whole deal. It’s gonna be a blast. I am so hyped for this, you have no idea. It’s like a new era of wrestling, and I’m here for it. I’ve been following WWE for years, through all the ups and downs, and this feels like a big step forward.
Finally, I cleared my schedule for Monday nights. No more late-night work meetings or other stuff. Mondays are for Raw, period. I’m ready to see what this new chapter of WWE will look like on Netflix. I even went on the website, and everything looked good. I’m all set.
