Okay, so I was just kicking back the other day, thinking about wrestling, as you do. And it hit me – I had no clue when the next big WWE show, the pay-per-view, was happening. You know how it is, life gets busy, and suddenly you’re out of the loop.

My first thought was, maybe I saw a promo or something? Nah, my memory’s not what it used to be. So, time to actually figure it out.
Finding the Date
I grabbed my trusty phone. Easiest way? Just ask the internet, right? Opened up my browser and typed in something real simple, like “when is next wwe ppv” or maybe it was “wwe event schedule”. Can’t remember exactly, just hammered something quick into the search bar.
Got a whole bunch of results back, like always. Some were definitely the official WWE site, others looked like sports news places, and then you always get those fan wiki things.
Making a Choice
I usually try to go for the official source first, just seems safer. So I tapped on the link that looked like it came straight from WWE. Sometimes their site is a bit busy, but hey, it’s their event.
- Loaded the page.
- Scrolled past whatever headlines they had up top.
- Looked for a section called “Schedule” or “Events” or “Tickets”.
And boom, there it was. Found a list of upcoming shows. I scanned down to find the next big one labelled as a Premium Live Event (that’s what they call the PPVs now, gotta keep up!).
The Answer
Turns out the next one is [Placeholder for Actual Event Name, e.g., Backlash France] and it’s set for [Placeholder for Actual Date, e.g., Saturday, May 4th]. Sometimes they list the location too, which is neat, even though I’ll just be watching from my couch.
Might check one other news site real quick, just to double-confirm the date. Yeah, looks like everyone agrees on that date. Good stuff.

So yeah, that was my little mission. Didn’t take too long this time. Now I know when to clear my schedule. Simple search, quick scroll, got the info. Done and dusted.
