Okay, so today I’m gonna talk about something a bit different, but still kinda cool – I got into looking up stuff about Jordan Ashley Aikman. You know, Troy Aikman’s daughter? Yeah, that Troy Aikman, the football guy. Now, I’m not really a sports fanatic or anything, but I stumbled upon some info about her and it got me curious.
First off, I started digging around to find out who she actually is. Turns out, Jordan’s the oldest daughter of Troy Aikman and his first wife, Rhonda Worthey. I found out that she was born on August 24, 2001, in Dallas. That makes her 21, just a year older than her sister, Alexa Marie, who’s 20.
Then, I got into what she’s up to now. Apparently, Jordan’s studying Strategic Communications at Washington and Lee University. She got accepted back in December 2019. Before college, she went to The Episcopal School of Dallas and graduated in July 2020. Seems like she’s got her head screwed on straight, you know?
- Her dad, Troy Aikman, used to be a big-shot quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys. After he retired in 2000, he became a sports commentator, and he’s been doing that for a long time. I read somewhere that he and his partner, Joe Buck, are like the longest-running duo in NFL history.
- Both Jordan and her sister, Alexa, played basketball at their high school, and get this – their dad used to coach them! How cool is that? I bet those were some intense practices.
Here’s a bit more about her background:
I kept scrolling, and it seems like Troy Aikman used to be known as one of the most eligible bachelors in Dallas. I guess that was before he got married, though. Now he’s all about his family.
So yeah, that’s what I found out about Jordan Ashley Aikman today. It was a pretty interesting rabbit hole to go down, even for someone like me who’s not a huge sports fan. It’s kinda cool to see what the kids of famous people are up to, especially when they seem to be doing pretty well for themselves, like Jordan is. It made for a fun little research session, for sure. It was a bit random, but hey, that’s how I roll sometimes!
