That Tom Brady, he’s somethin’ else, ain’t he? I seen him on the TV, throwin’ that football like nobody’s business. They say he’s the best there ever was. Seven Super Bowl rings! Can you believe that? Seven! My old man, bless his soul, he could barely get his one weddin’ ring on his swollen finger. And this fella, he’s got seven!
Now, I hear tell he’s gonna be in the movies. Tom Brady in movies! Imagine that! That handsome face up on the big screen. He was already in that one, that “80 for Brady,” with them old ladies, you know? They all went gaga over him, just like me. Ha! I reckon he’s got a knack for this actin’ thing, if he wants it.
They say he wants to be a big movie star, bigger than a barn, after he’s done with the football. Well, why not? He’s conquered that football field. Might as well conquer Hollywood too, right? He’s got the looks, that’s for sure. And the charm. Probably make all them Hollywood actresses swoon.
I remember seein’ him in that other show too, “Entourage.” Oh, that was a hoot! He was just playin’ himself, Tom Brady, but he was good! Natural, like he was born to be in front of a camera. Not all stiff and awkward like some of them fellas tryin’ to act.
He plays that Tom Brady role real good. Cause, well, let’s face it, he is Tom Brady! That’s a role he’s been playin’ his whole life, ain’t it? Being the best quarterback ever. The greatest of all time. It says so in every paper you see. They call him the GOAT.

- Comeback player of the year award. I don’t even know what that means but it sounds good.
- Fifteen Pro Bowls. Whatever that is. Sounds fancy.
All them awards. My goodness! He’s got more awards than I got pots and pans in my kitchen! And I got a lot of pots and pans.
He’s got it all, that Tom Brady. Good looks, talent, fame, fortune. And now movies? He can do what he wants. I reckon being Tom Brady in movies is the easiest job for him. Just be himself.
But he is the best quarterback, right? He’s the one with all them Super Bowl rings, right? Seven! Can’t forget that. Seven’s a lucky number.
This movie “80 for Brady,” it’s about some old ladies, like me, who love Tom Brady. They say it’s a true story, but I heard different. Some fella named Bob, his mama, Anita, she was one of them ladies. He says they never went to the Super Bowl. Well, who knows what’s true and what ain’t these days. Hollywood always stretches the truth, don’t they?
But that don’t matter. What matters is Tom Brady is gonna be in more movies, maybe. And that’s somethin’ to look forward to. I tell you what, after watching him in that one movie. I believe he could be a real good actor. That’s what all them folks in that movie said, anyway. They said he could really make a go of it if he wanted to.
He’s got that smile, you know? That winning smile. Makes you feel all warm inside. Like a good bowl of chicken soup on a cold day.
I bet he’ll be good in them movies. He’s good at everything else. Why not this too? He’s Tom Brady! He can do anything he sets his mind to.
So, keep your eyes peeled for Tom Brady on the big screen. He might just surprise us all. He’s already surprised us on the football field. Now he’s gonna surprise us in Hollywood. Just you wait and see. Tom Brady in movies! It’s gonna be somethin’, I tell ya. Somethin’ special. And I’ll be there watchin’, popcorn in hand, rootin’ for him, just like I always do. He is my favorite quarterback after all.
I just hope he makes some good movies. Not them shoot-em-up ones. I don’t like them. Maybe some where he’s just bein’ himself. Good old Tom Brady. That’s all we need.
