Alright, so, you wanna know about this Taliese Fuaga fella, huh? And his folks? Well, lemme tell ya what I know. This boy, Taliese, he’s a big deal in that football thing, you know, the one where they throw the ball around and knock each other down? He’s real good at it, they say. He’s strong like an ox, that one.
Anyways, he was born a while back, in 2002, in a place called Tacoma. That’s up there in Washington state, if I remember right. His mama and papa, they named him Taliese. His daddy, that’s Manuia Fuaga. And his mama, she’s Sau Fuaga. Good folks, I reckon, though I ain’t never met ‘em myself.
They say Manuia and Sau, they helped this boy grow up strong and big. They were there when he started playing that football stuff. He went to a school called Mount Tahoma High School. That’s where he learned all about throwin’ that ball and knockin’ folks down, I guess. Seems like a good school, if you ask me. Kids gotta learn somethin’, right?

Now, this Manuia fella, Taliese’s daddy, he don’t like all the fuss and bother. He’s a quiet one, they say. Keeps to himself, you know? Don’t want no cameras in his face, I bet. Probably just a regular fella, workin’ hard and raisin’ his boy right. That’s how it should be, if you ask me. Kids these days, they need good folks lookin’ after ‘em.
Sau, that’s Taliese’s mama, she seems like a good woman too. I mean, I ain’t seen her, but a boy like Taliese, he must’a had a good mama raisin’ him. Mamas are important, you know? They teach you things, like how to be kind and how to eat your vegetables. And maybe how to throw a football, who knows?
So, this Taliese, he got real good at that football. He played in college, for the Beavers they call ‘em. And now, they say he’s gonna be a big star. Gonna play in the big leagues, make lots of money. Good for him, I say. He worked hard, and his folks, they helped him get there. That’s what family’s for, right? Helpin’ each other out.
They say he’s the best at his position, this “right tackle” thing. Sounds important. Means he’s gotta be strong and tough, gotta protect that fella with the ball. He’s good at it, from what I hear. All that hard work and his parent’s support paid off, I reckon. Makes you proud, even if you don’t know him.
And that’s about all I know about Taliese Fuaga and his folks. He’s a good football player, came from good people, and worked hard to get where he is. That’s a good story, if you ask me. Simple and true. Just like it should be.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go make some supper. All this talk about football makes a body hungry.
