Okay, so today I decided to tackle this “sprees crossword” thing. I’d heard about it, sounded kinda fun, and I figured, why not?
First, I needed to, you know, actually find one. I just did a quick search, and boom, tons of options.I picked one that looked, interesting, I printed that bad boy out.
I grabbed a pen, started reading clues. Some of them, I got right away. Like, bam, filled them in. Felt pretty good, like a word wizard or something.
But then… yeah, then came the hard ones. I mean, some of these clues were seriously cryptic. I’m staring at this blank grid, pen tapping, totally stumped. I started with the across clues, then moved to the down clues, hoping something would click.
- Tried the easy-looking clues first.
- Read all the clues at least twice.
- Checked how many spaces the answer required.
I spent a good chunk of time just staring, thinking, occasionally writing something in and then erasing it a minute later. I am not sure what I am doing, but the progress made me feel a little bit succesful.

At last, I almost got every crossword done!There is still one diffcult puzzle I can’t figure it out. But I think it’s pretty good for the first time!
