I started by looking for his official PGA Tour profile.
Then I looked at all the major tournaments and wins he’s had over the years. I was writing down stuff like his wins at the Masters, The Open Championship, and all those other big events.
Next, I wanted to find a good source for his year-by-year earnings.
I went through each season, jotting down the total earnings. Some years were massive, especially when he won majors, and others were a bit more modest. I guess that’s just how golf goes!
Putting It All Together
Once I had all the yearly earnings, it was time for some simple math. I grabbed my trusty calculator (okay, fine, it was the one on my phone) and started adding up all those numbers.
