Okay, so, I’ve been seeing this Phil Mickelson guy all over the golf course lately, and more importantly, I’ve been noticing that logo of his on his shirts. I’m not a big golf guy, but I know style when I see it, and I wanted to get in on that action. So, I started digging around to see what I could find about that “Lefty” logo and where I could get some of his gear.
First Steps
First, I searched the net. I just typed in “Phil Mickelson logo apparel” and browsed a bit. I found out that he’s a pretty big deal in golf, a “GQ golfer” as some called him. Apparently, a lot of folks want to dress like him on the course.
I also stumbled upon some news about a new “Lefty” shirt that just dropped, celebrating one of his big wins. That’s pretty cool, I thought.
Finding the Goods
Next, I started looking for places to actually buy this stuff. There are tons of shirts out there with his logo on them. It seems like a bunch of independent artists and some big-name brands have all jumped on the Phil Mickelson bandwagon.
- I found some shirts that just say “What Would PHIL Do?” – kind of funny, I guess.
- There were a lot of plain shirts with just his name, which is fine, but I really wanted that logo.
- Prices are all over the place. Some are cheap, some are pretty pricey. It really depends on the brand and the size, I guess.
The “Overall Pick”
One site highlighted something they called the “Overall Pick,” which was a shirt from some brand called Mizzen+Main. It’s supposed to be a “performance shirt” with quick-drying fabric and some sun protection, which is cool, I guess. It’s a little more expensive, but I figured I’d splurge a little since it seemed like the real deal.
Giving It a Try
So, I ordered one of those Mizzen+Main shirts. It arrived pretty quickly. I tried it on, and I have to say, it’s pretty comfortable. It’s a “trim fit,” which means it’s not too baggy, which I like. I haven’t worn it out on the golf course yet (like I said, I’m not a huge golfer), but I have worn it out and about, and I’ve gotten a few compliments. So far, so good!
The Verdict
All in all, I’m pretty happy with my Phil Mickelson apparel purchase. It was easy to find what I was looking for online, and the shirt I ended up getting is pretty nice. I might even start watching more golf now, just to see what other cool gear Phil is rocking. Who knows, maybe I’ll even pick up a club myself someday! But for now, I’m just enjoying looking a little more stylish, thanks to this whole Phil Mickelson logo adventure. Not bad for a guy who doesn’t even play golf, right?
