Okay, so I’ve been following the Roger Dean Stadium renovation for a while, and I finally got a chance to check it out in person. Let me tell you, it’s a whole different ballgame – pun intended!

Getting There and First Impressions
First off, I drove down, and parking was surprisingly easy. They’ve really expanded the parking areas, so even though it was a pretty busy day, I found a spot without circling forever. That was a win right from the start.
Walking up to the stadium, you immediately notice the changes. The whole entrance area is much more open and welcoming. It used to feel kind of cramped, but now it’s like they’ve blown it all out and made it super spacious.
Inside the Stadium
- The concourses: These are way wider. It’s so much easier to move around, even with a big crowd. No more getting stuck behind slow walkers!
- The seating: They’ve replaced a bunch of the old seats, and the new ones are definitely more comfortable. I could actually sit through the whole game without feeling like my back was breaking.
- The food: Okay, this is a big one. They’ve seriously upgraded the food options. There’s way more variety than before. I grabbed a burger, and it was actually…good! Stadium food that’s actually good? Mind blown.
The Little Things (That Matter)
It’s not just the big stuff, though. I noticed a lot of smaller improvements, too.
The restrooms are cleaner. They are way more modern and that makes a huge difference. Also the staff was super friendly and that always makes the experience better.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I’m super impressed with the Roger Dean Stadium renovation. They really thought about the fan experience and made changes that make a big difference. It’s more comfortable, more convenient, and just plain more enjoyable to go to a game there now. If you’re a baseball fan in the area, you gotta check it out!
