Okay, so I’ve been digging into this whole Oklahoma football Heisman winners thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a ride. I wanted to see who all these guys were that won the Heisman for the Sooners, and I figured I’d share my little adventure with y’all.

Then I started looking into each player a bit more. Like, what did they actually do to win the award? For example, I stumbled upon this Kyler Murray guy who won in 2018. The report I found says he had almost 5,000 total yards of offense and 51 total touchdowns. That’s just insane! No wonder he won the thing. And then there’s Baker Mayfield, who won it before Kyler. He was the sixth one, which is cool. It says he’s the most recent, I think.
