Okay, here’s my attempt at writing a blog post in the requested style, focusing on the “arlecchino banner” and my experience with it:
Alright, so, the Arlecchino banner dropped, and like everyone else, I was hyped! I’d been saving up my Primogems for ages, skipping a few banners I kinda wanted, all for this. The Knave, man! She looked so cool.
The Waiting Game
The days leading up to it were torture. I kept checking the countdown timer, re-watching the trailers, reading all the speculation online… you know, the usual stuff when you’re waiting for something big in Genshin. I even cleaned up my teapot, made sure I had plenty of food buffs ready… the whole nine yards. I was prepared.
Pulling Time!
When the banner finally went live, I jumped in immediately. I had, like, 150 pulls saved up? Something like that. Maybe a bit more. My hands were actually shaking a little. Seriously!
First ten pull… nothing. Okay, no big deal. Happens all the time.
Second ten pull… a four-star weapon. Not what I wanted, but hey, at least it wasn’t another three-star.
- Third ten pull…still no Arlecchino.
- Fourth… another weapon.
- Fifth…. The anxiety really built up.
I kept going, ten pulls at a time. The disappointment started to creep in. I started to worry I’d actually have to hit hard pity. All that saving… for nothing?
Then, around pull 78, I saw it. The golden glow! My heart skipped a beat. I crossed my fingers, closed my eyes… and… Arlecchino! Yes! I actually yelled out loud, I was so happy.
The Aftermath
I spent the next hour just admiring her, testing out her animations, running around the overworld. I leveled her up as much as I could with the materials I had pre-farmed (thank goodness for pre-farming!). She’s amazing. The animations are fluid,so smooth. Her damage? Chef’s kiss.
I even managed to get a few constellations! I think I ended up with C2 after using up all my saved pulls. I am so satisfied with her. I consider myself pretty lucky, actually. I’ve seen some horror stories online of people going all the way to hard pity, multiple times, and still not getting what they wanted.
So yeah, that’s my Arlecchino banner story. Totally worth the wait, and all the Primogem saving. Now, time to start saving for the next character I want… It never ends, does it?
