Alright, so I’ve been playing a ton of Monopoly Go lately. It’s like, my new obsession. And let me tell you, this Winners Avenue event is a doozy. I figured I’d share my experience, and maybe it’ll help some of you out.
Getting Started
First off, I logged in to the game like I do every day, ready to roll some dice and hopefully not land in jail. I saw the Winners Avenue event banner pop up and I was like, “Okay, let’s see what this is all about.” I tapped on the banner and got the lowdown on the event rules. Basically, you gotta land on specific tiles to collect points, and those points get you rewards. Simple enough, right?
Collecting Points
So I started rolling, trying to hit those special tiles. It was a bit of a grind, honestly. Sometimes I’d get lucky and land on a bunch of them in a row, and other times I’d just be circling the board, collecting my $200 and praying for a miracle. I used up a bunch of my dice rolls, but I was determined to make some progress.
- I noticed that using the dice multipliers really helped rack up points faster. Like, if you use a 10x multiplier and land on a special tile, you get way more points than usual.
- I also made sure to complete my daily quick wins, ’cause those give you extra dice rolls and other goodies that come in handy during events.
- I focused on landing on the “Chance” and “Community Chest” to get points for the event.
The Rewards
As I collected points, I started unlocking rewards. There were a bunch of different milestones, and each one gave you something cool, like extra dice, cash, or even new tokens. I was pretty stoked to finally get that new car token I’d been eyeing. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s the little things, you know?
Hitting a Wall
But then, I hit a bit of a wall. I was running low on dice, and it felt like I was barely making any progress. I was so close to the next big reward, but I just couldn’t seem to get there. I even considered buying some dice, but I decided against it. I’m trying to be a responsible adult and not spend all my money on mobile games, haha.
The Final Push
Luckily, I managed to scrape together a few more dice from completing some sets and doing some trades with my friends in the game. I went all in, using my highest multiplier and just hoping for the best. And you know what? It worked! I finally landed on that last special tile I needed and unlocked the final reward. It was such a relief. Also, I finished up the event with a bunch of extra dice and cash, so I’m feeling pretty good about my chances in the next event.
So yeah, that’s my Winners Avenue story. It was a bit of a rollercoaster, but I had fun. I hope you did as well. Keep rolling those dice!
