Okay, so I saw this “Easter Cupcake Craze Monopoly GO” thing and figured, why not? I love Monopoly, and cupcakes are always a win. Here’s how it all went down, from start to finish.
First, I grabbed my phone and opened up the Monopoly GO app. Gotta make sure you have the latest version, you know? Otherwise, these events might not even show up.
Getting Started
Once the app was loaded, I looked for any banners or pop-ups about the Easter event. Usually, they make it pretty obvious. And there it was! “Easter Cupcake Craze.” I tapped on that bad boy.
Collecting those Cupcakes!
The main thing was to land on specific tiles – you know, the ones with the little cupcake icons on them. It’s kinda like the regular Chance or Community Chest tiles, but with a sweet twist. Every time I landed on one, I collected a certain number of cupcakes. It varied, sometimes it was a few, sometimes a bunch.
- Roll the dice (obviously!).
- Hope to land on a cupcake tile.
- Collect cupcakes.
- Repeat.
Checking My Progress and Rewards
There was this progress bar at the top of the screen. I kept an eye on that to see how many cupcakes I had and how close I was to the next reward. The rewards were pretty cool – extra dice rolls, in-game cash, and even some special Easter-themed tokens. I am really aiming to get the cute bunny token.
Strategy (or Lack Thereof)
Honestly, there’s not a TON of strategy involved. It’s mostly luck, just like regular Monopoly. But I did try to use my higher multiplier rolls when I was close to a bunch of cupcake tiles, hoping to hit a few in a row. Did it always work? Nope. But hey, it felt like I was doing something.
One thing that I found to be very interesting is to save up the dice. When there are only a few hours left for the event, I will use all of my dice, try to get as much reward as possible.
The End Result
I played on and off throughout the day. Whenever I had a few minutes, I’d hop back in and roll the dice a few times. Finally I got all the rewards. It’s satisfying to collect everything.
So, that was my “Easter Cupcake Craze” experience. It was a fun little distraction, and hey, I got some free stuff in the game. Can’t complain about that! If you’re playing Monopoly GO, definitely give these events a try. You never know what you might get!
