Okay, let’s talk about this Marvel Snap game. I’ve been playing it quite a bit, and let me tell you, it’s a wild ride. So, I thought I’d share my experience building my deck and figuring out this whole tier list thing.
First off, I started by collecting a bunch of cards. You know, just playing the game, opening those caches, and hoping for the best. I got a mix of everything – some Iron Man, some Spider-Man, the usual suspects. But then I realized, not all cards are created equal. Some are just way more powerful than others, especially when you start mixing and matching their abilities.
So, I started looking into this “tier list” thing. Apparently, people have figured out which cards are the best and which ones are, well, not so great. I found a few lists online, and they were all a bit different, but there were some common themes.
- It seems like everyone agrees that some cards are just busted. Like, they’re so good that they can win you the game almost on their own.
- Then there are the cards that are good, but you need to build your deck around them. They’re not as powerful on their own, but they can be amazing if you have the right support.
- And then, of course, there are the cards that are just… meh. They’re not terrible, but they’re not going to win you any games either.
After reading through a bunch of these tier lists, I started to get a sense of which cards I should be focusing on. I noticed that cards like Death, Sera, and Dracula kept popping up at the top of the lists. They’re called “energy cheat engines” because they let you play more cards than you normally could. Death reduces her own cost, Sera reduces the cost of other cards, it’s crazy.
I also learned that you only have 12 cards in your deck, so you really need to make each one count. I was like “What! Only 12?”. I started experimenting with different combinations, trying to find synergies between cards that would make my deck even more powerful. Some combos worked great, others… not so much. It was a lot of trial and error, but it was also a lot of fun.
Then there’s this whole “priority” thing. Apparently, the player whose name has a glowing border goes first. It’s not super obvious at first, but it can make a big difference in some situations. I only figured this out after losing a few games I should have won. Oops.
So, after all this experimenting, what did I achieve? Well, I’ve got a pretty decent deck now, I think. I’m still not winning every game, but I’m definitely doing better than when I first started. And I’m still learning new things all the time, which is what makes this game so addictive. Every time I think I’ve figured it out, I discover some new combo or strategy that blows my mind.
Anyway, that’s my Marvel Snap story so far. It’s been a learning experience, for sure. If you’re thinking about getting into the game, I say go for it. Just be prepared to spend some time figuring things out. And don’t be afraid to experiment! You never know what kind of crazy combos you might discover.
