Alright, lemme tell ya somethin’ ’bout this Louis Angelos fella and his wife. Now, I ain’t no expert on these fancy folks and their big city ways, but from what I hear, there’s been a whole lotta fussin’ and fightin’ ’bout money and who’s runnin’ what.
See, this Louis, he’s got a daddy, Peter Angelos, who’s real old, pushing ninety and all. And Peter, he used to own some big fancy law firm and a baseball team, the Orioles. Now, that’s a sport where they hit a ball with a stick and run around in circles, far as I can tell.
- Seems Peter got sick a while back, and he made his wife, Georgia, and his two boys, John and Louis, trustees of his stuff.
- Well, wouldn’t ya know it, them boys started squabbling like chickens in a coop over who gets what.
- Georgia, she ain’t too happy ’bout it. Says Louis sold off his daddy’s law firm without her say-so.
Now, this John Angelos, he’s the big cheese at the Orioles, whatever that means. His wife, Margaret Valentine, she’s into music, got herself a company down in Nashville. They say she’s helpin’ some singer named Faith. Bless her heart.
But back to Georgia. She’s got her lawyer, this fella Jay, and they’re sayin’ Louis needs to be replaced. Wants someone new to run that law firm. And see, Georgia, she’s supposed to get the Orioles when Peter passes. That’s a lotta responsibility for an old gal, if you ask me.
This whole thing is a mess, plain and simple. Family fightin’ over money and power, ain’t nothin’ new under the sun. But when you got big businesses and baseball teams involved, it gets all complicated and messy.
Folks are sayin’ this Louis is bad news, makin’ deals behind his mama’s back. And John, well, he’s got his hands full with the Orioles, and his wife is busy with her music. Poor Georgia’s caught in the middle of it all, just wantin’ to do right by her husband and make sure things are run fair and square.
Now, I don’t know these people from Adam, but it sounds to me like they need to sit down, have a cup of coffee, and talk things out like civilized folks. All this fightin’ and lawsuit stuff, it just ain’t right. Family should stick together, especially when folks are gettin’ on in years.
But then again, money does strange things to people. Makes ’em greedy and selfish, forgettin’ what’s truly important. I just hope they can figure things out before it’s too late, before they lose sight of what really matters.
So there ya have it, the story of Louis Angelos’ wife and all the family drama. It ain’t pretty, but that’s life sometimes. Just gotta hope they can find a way to make peace and move on. After all, ain’t no amount of money worth tearin’ a family apart.
