Alright, so today I’m gonna walk you through how I built my Town Hall 11 (TH11) defense base. It was a real grind, lemme tell ya, but totally worth it.

First things first, I knew I had to get that Eagle Artillery up and running ASAP. That thing is a beast. So, I focused all my resources on upgrading my Town Hall to 11. I mean, you gotta rush sometimes, right? But rushing smart, like focusing on what gets you to the good stuff. For me, that was the Eagle Artillery.
Next up, I had to deal with storage. You can’t upgrade your TH without having enough storage, duh! So, I spent a good chunk of time and resources maxing out my gold, elixir, and dark elixir storages. It’s a pain, but necessary. Think of it as laying the foundation for your defensive empire.
Okay, so now I had the TH11 and the Eagle Artillery itching to be built. But, I also knew I needed to boost my offensive capabilities too. That meant upgrading my army camps. Gotta have enough troops to defend and attack, right? I focused on those camps, getting them up to a decent level so I could start doing some serious damage.
Then came the fun part: designing the actual base. I spent hours looking at different layouts online, trying to figure out what would work best for me. I watched a ton of YouTube videos, copied some popular designs, and then tweaked them to fit my playstyle and the resources I had available.
My main goal was to protect that Eagle Artillery. It’s the heart of the defense, so I placed it deep inside the base, surrounded by layers of walls and other defenses. I also made sure to spread out my other key defenses, like the Inferno Towers and X-Bows, to make it harder for attackers to take them out quickly.
Giant Bombs were a priority too. Those things can wipe out entire groups of troops if placed strategically. I scattered them around the base, focusing on areas where ground troops were likely to path through.
After the initial layout, I did a ton of test runs. I’d have clanmates attack my base and see where the weaknesses were. Then, I’d adjust the layout accordingly. Move some walls here, add a trap there, and slowly but surely, the base became more and more effective.
It wasn’t a perfect process, by any means. I got three-starred a bunch of times, especially in the beginning. But each attack taught me something new. I learned what worked, what didn’t, and how to adapt my base to counter different attack strategies.

And finally, don’t forget the Grand Warden! I got my third hero and he does defend while upgrading so it gives me a huge advantage.
Building a solid TH11 defense base takes time and effort. There’s no magic formula. But by focusing on key defenses, strategically placing traps, and constantly testing and tweaking your layout, you can create a base that will give attackers a real headache. Good luck!
