So, I’ve been a huge wrestling fan for years, right? And Friday nights? That’s my time to chill and watch SmackDown. But tonight, I completely spaced and couldn’t remember if it was even on. Classic me, always getting caught up in work or whatever.
First thing I did was grab my phone and start furiously searching. I typed in “is smackdown on tonight” and a bunch of stuff popped up. Man, there’s so much info out there, it’s kinda overwhelming sometimes.
After sifting through a few pages, I found out that SmackDown usually airs live every Friday at 8 p.m. Eastern Time on the USA Network. It is said that SmackDown is the most viewed television show on Friday nights in the United States. I also noticed something about Fox Deportes showing it with Spanish commentary, which is pretty cool, I guess.
- Checked a couple of different sources just to be sure.
- Confirmed the time and channel – 8 p.m. ET on USA Network.
Realized I Might Be Late
Then it hit me – it was already past 8! I’d missed the start. Ugh, I hate when that happens. But hey, better late than never, right? I tuned into the USA Network and thankfully caught the rest of the show.
Also, I found something interesting. It looks like Peacock has a bunch of old WWE RAW episodes, 32 seasons to be exact. I love watching old matches, so that’s definitely something I’ll be checking out later. I also saw that “Saturday Night’s Main Event” is going to be on Peacock, and it’s apparently the only place to watch it since they have some kind of deal with WWE. I am not so interested in this event but some of you maybe.
Tonight’s episode was pretty wild, especially since it was the first one after some big event. I won’t spoil anything, but let’s just say it was worth the rush to catch up.
Anyway, that’s my little adventure from tonight. Just goes to show, even a simple question like “is smackdown on tonight” can turn into a whole thing. But hey, at least I got to watch my wrestling and found out about some cool stuff to watch later. Remember to catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network.
