So, I’ve been grinding away at Honkai: Star Rail, trying to figure out who the best characters are. I mean, who isn’t, right? Gotta get that perfect team comp. And let me tell you, it’s been a journey. I decided to make my own tier list, because, why not? It’s all about those 5-star and 4-star characters, you know? You gotta figure out who’s worth your precious Warps.
Started off by playing with every single character I could get my hands on. I’m not kidding, hours and hours of gameplay went into this. I’m checking out their skills, their damage output, how well they work with others – the whole shebang.
Diving Deep into Characters
- Testing, testing, 1, 2, 3: I ran battles, switched up team compositions, and fought the same enemies over and over again. It was a grind, but someone’s gotta do it.
- Note-taking galore: Had this massive spreadsheet open, making notes on each character’s performance. Which ones were crushing it? Who was kinda meh? It was like being a mad scientist, but for video games.
After what felt like a lifetime, I started to see some patterns. Some characters are just beasts, no doubt. Others? Well, they’re not bad, but they just don’t shine as bright. And that’s how my tier list started to take shape.
It wasn’t easy, though. Ranking them felt like choosing a favorite child. But hey, it’s all in the name of science, right? And sharing is caring, so I figured I’d put my findings out there for the community. Maybe it’ll help someone out, save them some time and resources. At the end of the day I finally finished my hsr tier list.
