I wanted to get the Mythical Moira skin in Overwatch 2. I heard it’s a pretty big deal, so I got on it.
First, I launched the game. Just double-clicked the Overwatch 2 icon on my desktop, pretty standard stuff.
Then, I needed to check the in-game shop. They rotate stuff there, and I was hoping to catch the skin.
- Navigating to the Shop:
- Opened the main menu.
- Clicked on the “Shop” tab. Easy to find, it’s right there on the main screen.
Once in the shop, I browsed through the available items. And there it was, the Mythical Moira skin! It looked so cool; I knew I had to get it.
- Purchasing the Skin:
- Checked the price. It was listed in Overwatch Coins.
- Saw that I didn’t have enough. So, I had to buy some more.
- Clicked on the “Purchase Coins” button.
- Chose the amount I needed.
- Entered my payment details. I use my credit card for these things.
- Confirmed the purchase.
After the transaction went through, I went back to the skin in the shop and hit “Buy.”
- Equipping the Skin:
- Went back to the main menu.
- Clicked on “Heroes.”
- Selected Moira.
- Found the new Mythical skin in her list of skins.
- Clicked “Equip.”
And that was it! Now I’m rocking the Mythical Moira skin in my games. It feels good to finally have it. It’s a bit of a grind, but totally worth it if you’re into collecting skins like me.
I guess the biggest hurdle for most folks would be the Overwatch Coins, you really need to have some ready or be prepared to buy them. It is also possible to earn them slowly in the game.
All in all, I’m stoked about the new skin. It’s a nice addition to my collection, and it makes playing Moira even more fun. If you’re thinking about getting it, I’d say go for it, especially if you play Moira a lot!
