Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this Greenwood menu thing. First, I hit up this spot called The Mill House. It’s this little pizza place on Maxwell Avenue. Called ahead to make a reservation, dialed (864) 323-0321, and they said they had all kinds of food. Not just pizza.
When I got there, I saw they had a bunch of drinks too. The menu listed stuff like an Aperol Spritz for 17 bucks, which is Aperol, Prosecco, and soda. Then there was this Hugo for 18, made with elderflower liqueur, Prosecco, soda, and mint. They even had classic cocktails like a Mojito with white rum and mint for 20 bucks.
I started looking at the food options. There was this deal where you could pick four items from a list: pancakes, French toast, corned beef hash, eggs any style, fresh fruit, or applewood smoked bacon. Sounded pretty good to me.
But then I noticed they also had a deli section. They were baking fresh bread and pastries, and they had soups, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. Plus, there was a bar in the back where you could get craft beer. It was like a one-stop shop for everything.
- Aperol Spritz 17 (Aperol, Prosecco, Soda)
- Hugo 18 (Elderflower Liqueur, Prosecco, Soda, Mint)
- Mojito 20 (White Rum, Mint)
Choice of Four
- Pancakes
- French Toast
- Corned Beef Hash
- Eggs (prepared anyway)
- Fresh Fruit
- Applewood Smoked Bacon
So, yeah, that’s what I found out about the Greenwood menu. It’s not just about the food, but the whole experience. You got your pizzas, your drinks, your brunch options, your deli stuff, and even your craft beer. They really try to give you a lot of choices, all with different prices depending on what ingredients they use or how long it takes to make.
Anyway, that’s my little adventure with the Greenwood menu. It was a bit of a hodgepodge, but it gave me a good idea of what they offer. Next time I got to check out some other places.
