Alright, so the other day I was messing around with my cars in Gran Turismo 7, and I realized I had a bunch of parts on this one car that I just didn’t need. I wanted to clean things up, you know, make it lighter and maybe even sell some of those extra parts for some credits. But, I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to actually remove the parts. I was stuck!
I went digging through menus, poking around in the garage, and generally feeling like a noob. I mean, I’ve been playing Gran Turismo for years, but this simple thing had me stumped. I even tried to install the original parts, still not working.
Figuring it Out
So, here’s what I eventually figured out, and hopefully, this will save you some time if you’re in the same boat:
- First, I headed over to my Garage. Makes sense, right? That’s where all your cars are.
- Then, I selected the car I wanted to strip down.
- Next, I choose ‘Car Settings’ on the right. It’s obvious.
- Find the parts you want to get rid of on the setting sheet.
- After that I clicked the original part and chose install.
It was so easy! It’s one of those things that seems super obvious after you figure it out. Anyway, I hope this little guide helps someone out there avoid the same frustration I went through. Now go get those cars tuned up just the way you want them!
