Well, I heard folks talkin’ ’bout this College Football 25 thing. Sounds like a big ol’ deal. They say it’s some kinda game you play on them fancy machines. Now, I ain’t too familiar with all that, but I got grandkids always glued to them screens. They keep yappin’ about gigabytes and storage and whatnot. I asked them how much space this thing takes up. Because my grandson says he needs more space on his contraption to get this College Football 25 game, whatever that means. My grandson wants the game so bad. So I’m going to tell you how much space it takes up.
College Football 25 Game Size
So, this here College Football 25, it’s like 27 of them gigabyte things. Twenty-seven GB. That’s what them young’uns say, anyhow. Seems like a lot to me. Back in my day, we had them little cartridges, and they didn’t take up no space at all. But now they need 27 GB of space to play this thing. My grandson said that it’s a big game, and it’s the biggest game in his game console. And he said that he had to delete some of his old games to make space for it.
But, they say it might get even bigger. Yep, bigger! Like a hog at the county fair. They say when they add more stuff to the game, it’ll take up even more room. So you better have more than 27 of them gigabytes, maybe 28, just to be safe. And that’s just for now. Who knows how big it will get later? Because my grandson said that the game will add more content in the future.
- Big Game: College Football 25 needs about 27 GB.
- Getting Bigger: It might need more space later, like 28 GB or more.
- Make Room: You gotta clear out space for it on your machine.
Different Versions of College Football 25
Now, I heard there’s different kinds of this College Football 25. Like pickin’ apples, you got your regular ones, and then you got them fancy ones. They say there is a Standard Edition, whatever that is, that costs about $70. I don’t know what’s standard about it, but it costs $70. That’s a lot of money. You could buy a whole lot of flour for that much money!
And then there are some other versions. I heard them call them the Deluxe one and the MVP Bundle. Now those sound fancy. And they say that if you get one of those, you can play the game early. My grandson, he’s been eyeing that Deluxe one. But I told him, “Son, patience is a virtue.” But he says he can’t wait to play the game. My grandson also said that he has to pay more money to play early.
Playing College Football 25 Early
So, these fancy versions let you play this College Football 25 game early. They say the early date is July 16th, 2024. Now, that’s sooner than the regular time, I reckon. But only if you get them special Deluxe or MVP things. If you don’t, you gotta wait like everybody else. Because my grandson said that if you don’t buy the special editions, you can’t play early.
They say you can “pre-order” it, too. I reckon that means you pay for it now, and they give it to you later. Sounds a bit like layaway to me. But my grandson says it’s important to pre-order the game. I guess if you want to get the game, you need to pay them in advance.
Other Machines, Other Sizes for College Football 25
This here game, it ain’t just for one kind of machine. They got it for that PlayStation thing, that’s the PS5, and they got it for that Xbox thing, too. And the sizes are different. Like two different-sized piglets. The PS5 one is 27 GB, like I said. But that Xbox one, it’s even bigger, like 32 GB. That’s 32.4 GB to be exact. That’s a whole lotta gigabytes!
Now, I heard them talkin’ ’bout another game, Madden 25. Sounds familiar. Anyway, they say that one is way bigger, over 50 GB. 51.73 GB to be exact. So, compared to that, this College Football 25 ain’t so big after all. I don’t know what Madden 25 is, and I don’t know why it takes up so much space. But it is bigger than College Football 25.
Making Sure You Have Enough Space for College Football 25
So, if you’re gonna get this College Football 25, you better make sure you got enough room on your machine. Like making sure you got enough jars for canning season. You gotta clear out some stuff if you’re runnin’ low. I heard one fella say he had 100 GB free on his C drive and 150 GB on his D drive, and it still wasn’t working right. But somebody told him that the EA app takes very little space, whatever that means. I don’t know what these letters mean, but my grandson said that you need to have a lot of space on both drives. He also said that if you don’t have space on both C and D drive, then you might not be able to install the game.
They got all these requirements, too. Minimum and recommended, they call ’em. It’s like a recipe, I suppose. You gotta have the right ingredients, or it won’t turn out right. So, you best check those requirements before you go buyin’ this College Football 25 thing. Because you have to check the requirements to make sure that your machine can run the game.
Well, I hope this helps you some. This College Football 25 sure is a complicated thing. But if you want it, you better make sure you got enough space for it, somewhere around 27 or 28 GB, at least for now. And remember, it might get bigger, so you best be prepared! Just like you gotta be prepared for a long winter. You never know what’s gonna happen, so it’s always good to have extra. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go see about my preserves.
