Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into the New York Knicks lately, trying to figure out what’s gonna happen with them this season. It’s been a real head-scratcher, but a fun one!
First off, I spent hours just watching old games, you know, from last season and even the one before. Just trying to get a feel for how they play, who’s good, who’s not so good, and what they might do differently this year. It’s kind of like being a detective, but for basketball.
Then, I started digging into all these stats. Like, I was drowning in numbers, points per game, rebounds, assists, you name it. I even found some cool websites that track all this stuff, but they were all over the place with their numbers. Anyway, one thing I noticed was that this one player, I think his name was Jalen Brunson or something, he’s gonna be scoring more efficiently. The numbers just look like they’re gonna be better this year, like maybe his 52% and 57% EFG will increase or something. The data I found was saying that, so it must be true!
After that, I got into reading what other people are saying about the Knicks. Some folks think they’re gonna have a rough start this season, and they might even shake up the team and make some trades. I hope they don’t do too many trades, I really like some of these guys. But they are also saying that as they play more together, they’ll get better. Like, they’ll figure out how to work as a team and win more games.
So, after all this digging and watching and reading, here’s what I think is gonna happen. I think the Knicks are gonna have some ups and downs, especially in the beginning. They might lose some games they should win, and that’s gonna be frustrating. But I also think they’re gonna surprise us with some big wins, too. I saw some report on the internet, this guy, Stefan Bondy or whatever, he was answering questions about the Knicks, and what he said made sense, so I’m kind of basing my stuff on that.
Oh, and one more thing I’m a little worried about is their bench. You know, the players who come in when the starters need a break. I’m not sure they have enough good players there, and that could be a problem. They’re saying that Karl-Anthony Towns will have a boosted scoring efficiency, but I don’t know how much that helps if the bench depth isn’t improved. I read about it in some report, but it was all over the place, so I’m not sure.
Anyway, that’s my take on the Knicks this season. It’s just my guess, based on what I’ve seen and read. We’ll just have to wait and see what really happens. It’s gonna be an exciting season, that’s for sure!
