Okay, so I wanted to try and set up a live stream for Genshin Impact. It’s something I’ve been meaning to do for a while, so I finally decided to take the plunge.

First, I had to choose my streaming platform. I’m going to be going with Streamlabs, as it’s quite simple.
Next up, I needed to actually, you know, get the streaming software. Went to the website, downloaded the installer, and ran it. Pretty standard stuff. After that, I launched the program and logged in with my Streamlabs account to connect everything up.
Getting Things Set Up
This is where it got a little more involved. I opened Genshin, then went back to Streamlabs and added a “Game Capture” source. I made sure it was set to capture Genshin specifically.I fiddled with the settings a bit to make sure my microphone was working, and I added a little overlay just to make things look a bit more professional.
- Added a “Game Capture” source.
- Selected Genshin Impact as the game to capture.
- Configured my microphone.
- Added a simple overlay.
I did a few test runs, just talking to myself and running around in the game, to make sure the audio levels were good and that the stream wasn’t lagging too badly. It took a little bit of tweaking, but eventually I got it to a point where I was pretty happy with it.
Going Live!
Finally, I clicked that big “Go Live” button! I was pretty nervous at first, not gonna *’s a weird feeling, knowing that people can see and hear you playing, but I quickly got into the swing of things. I just focused on playing the game and having fun, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable experience. I have a really great experience for my first try at playing Genshin.
So yeah, that’s how I set up my Genshin Impact live * wasn’t too difficult in the end, mostly just a matter of downloading some software and clicking a few buttons. If you’re thinking about doing it yourself, I’d say go for it! Just take it one step at a time, and don’t be afraid to experiment.
