Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “Survivor” thing lately, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I wanted to do a little ranking of my own, you know, just for fun. Nothing too serious, just my thoughts after binge-watching a bunch of seasons. Let’s dive in!
Getting Started
First off, I had to figure out which seasons were even worth watching. I did a little digging online, found some lists, and saw some familiar titles popping up again and again. “Cambodia,” “Island of the Idols,” “Nicaragua” – these were just a few that seemed to be talked about a lot. I decided to start there, figuring they must be popular for a reason.
Watching and Taking Notes
So, I started watching. And watching. And watching. I started with “Cambodia” because I saw it mentioned as one of the best, and boy, they weren’t kidding. The cast was amazing, the gameplay was intense, and there were so many twists and turns I could barely keep up. I made sure to jot down notes as I went, trying to keep track of what I liked and didn’t like about each season. Things like the players, the challenges, the location, you name it, I jotted it down. It started to get pretty messy, with scribbles and notes everywhere, but hey, that’s part of the fun, right?
Ranking Them
After watching a handful of seasons, I felt like I had a decent grasp on things. It was time to start ranking. This was the tough part. How do you compare seasons that are so different? Some had amazing casts but boring challenges. Others had incredible locations but predictable gameplay. I struggled with this a lot, moving seasons up and down my list, trying to find the perfect order. My notes were all over the place, with arrows and stars and question marks everywhere.
I tried to focus on a few key things:
- The Cast: Were they entertaining? Did they play hard? Were there any standouts?
- The Strategy: Was the gameplay complex and interesting? Were there any big moves or blindsides?
- The Entertainment Value: Did the season keep me hooked? Was it fun to watch?
The Final List
Finally, after much deliberation and many internal debates, I came up with my list. It’s not perfect, and I’m sure some people will disagree, but that’s okay. It’s just my personal take on things. I ended up ranking them based on a combination of factors. Like how much I enjoyed watching them, how memorable the players were, and how exciting the gameplay was. So after all that watching and ranking, I started feeling like I could create my own “best of” list. It’s not official or anything, just my own little project. And honestly, it was a lot of fun.
And that is my Survivor Series journey!
