Okay, so I saw this title “anthony edwards ex girlfriend” trending and, like everyone else, I got curious. I mean, who isn’t a little nosy about the lives of NBA stars?
First, I hit up Google. Just typed in the phrase, plain and simple. I scrolled through a bunch of articles, mostly gossip sites and some sports blogs. It was a lot of the same stuff, recycled information, and blurry paparazzi shots. Nothing really concrete.
Then I moved to Twitter. I figured this is where the real-time chatter would be. I searched for the same phrase, and boom, a bunch of tweets popped up. Lots of speculation, some memes, and a few links to those same articles I’d already seen. Still, nothing particularly revealing, but I did get a sense of the general buzz.
I thought, “Let’s try Instagram”. I figured maybe there’d be something there, maybe some tagged photos or cryptic stories, right? I looked up Anthony Edwards’s official account, no big deal. Looked at who he was following, who was following him, and I checked the comments section on some of his recent pictures. Found a few comments are related to his relationship, but no name.
So, here’s what I didn’t do:
- I didn’t click on any sketchy links. Seriously, my antivirus software is my best friend.
- I didn’t engage with any trolls or hateful comments. Ain’t nobody got time for that.
- I didn’t believe everything I read. Gotta take everything with a grain of salt, especially online.
The Conclusion of my findings
To be completely honest, It’s pretty much impossible to confirm everything. But I keep looking around and find something new. So I’ll keep you guys posted.
