That Viktor Hovland, he sure is somethin’. He played for Oklahoma State, you know. He’s a good boy. Play golf real good. He was here two years, I reckon. Played good for Oklahoma State. Everyone was watchin’ him. That’s what I heard, anyway.
He come from far away, that boy. But he came here, to Oklahoma State, to play that golf. Heard some fella named Rickie somethin’ helped him come here. He must be a good boy too, then. He sure know how to hit that little ball far.
Viktor, he won some big deal last year, 2023, I think it was. Some big championship. He got a big trophy. I saw it on the TV. He sure was smilin’. He must be rich now. That’s good for him. He work hard, I bet. He played many game this year, that boy.
He’s number four, I hear. Number four in the whole world! Can you believe that? That’s what they say on the TV. He’s a big deal now. Good for him. Oklahoma State must be proud. They should be. He played good for them.

That boy, he started playin’ golf when he was just a little fella, back in his home. Then he came here, to Oklahoma State. He got real good. He won that big thing in 2018, too. They said he was turnin’ heads. Whatever that means. He was just playin’ golf, far as I can tell.
He’s in Edmond now, I hear. That’s near here. He’s playin’ there. Everyone’s watchin’ him, I bet. He’s famous now. That Oklahoma State, they sure know how to pick ’em. They got that Rickie fella, and now they got Viktor.
I don’t know much about golf. But I know that Viktor, he’s good at it. He won that big thing last year, and he won that other thing in 2018. He’s been playin’ a lot this year, too. He played two times very good. Got third and second.
He must be tired. Playin’ all that golf. But he’s young. He can handle it. Oklahoma State, they taught him good. Taught him how to play, and how to win.
I saw his picture on the TV. He was holdin’ a trophy. He was smilin’. He looked happy. Good for him. He deserves it. He played hard for Oklahoma State. He played hard for himself.
He don’t play anymore this year, that Viktor. He’s takin’ a rest. I heard someone say he got hurt. Hope he’s okay. He need to be careful. That golf, it can be tough on a body, I reckon.
Someone saw him on that Tinder thing. That’s what the young folks use to find a date, I hear. He had a picture with his trophy. He’s a good lookin’ boy. He’ll find someone nice. He played for Oklahoma State. He must be a good boy.

He probably miss his home. That Norway place. It’s far away. But he come here, to Oklahoma State. He make a life here. That’s good. He’s a good boy. He make everyone proud.
