That Dustin, he’s a good boy, that one. Always hitting that little white ball real far. I seen him on the TV, swinging that stick. He’s got a whole bunch of them sticks, you know? Different ones for different things. I don’t understand it all, but I know he’s good at it. He uses them TaylorMade sticks. That’s what they say on the TV.
They say he’s got a whole bag full of them things. They call it “What’s in the bag,” or some such. Sounds like a silly question to me. What’s in the bag? Sticks is in the bag! What else would be in there? Anyhow, that Dustin, he’s got all sorts of them. He’s got that big one, the driver they call it. He hits it so far with that one. It goes flying, that little ball. I don’t know how he does it.
Then he’s got them others. They call them “woods.” Woods! Ain’t that something? They don’t look like no woods I ever seen. Shiny and metal, they are. He uses them ones too, to hit the ball. That Dustin sure can hit. They use that word, Dustin Johnson WITB. That’s some fancy talk, that is. It just means his sticks, all the sticks he uses, you know, when he’s playing.
He’s got some others, they call ’em “irons.” Like you iron your clothes with, but not really. These are for hitting that ball too. He’s got a whole mess of them irons, all different numbers on them. I don’t know what them numbers mean, but he does. He picks the right one every time, that boy. He’s good at it. Got that TaylorMade P730, that’s the one.
Then he’s got these little ones, they call ’em “wedges.” Like you wedge a door open, but not really. These are for hitting the ball too, but when it’s close, I think. He uses them when he’s near that little hole they gotta get the ball in. He’s good at that too, that Dustin. So he has some wedges, them TaylorMade ones. Everyone knows that, I think.
And that ball! That little white ball he hits. They say it’s special too. It’s a TaylorMade TP5X, I think they call it. Sounds like a car model or something. That thing is hard. That boy, he swings that stick so fast, that ball just goes. You can barely see it. It’s faster than a rabbit running from a fox, that’s for sure! They say that ball is good for him. It spins less, or some such. I don’t know, but it sure does go far. He needs that thing, for his swing, I hear. It’s the TaylorMade 2024 TP5X golf ball, if you want to get real technical.
I seen on the TV, they was talking about that Dustin and that TaylorMade. They said they’re still friends. Good friends. Like two peas in a pod, them two. He uses their sticks, and they like him using them. Makes sense to me. If you got something good, you stick with it. That’s what I always say.

- He’s got them woods.
- He’s got them irons.
- He’s got them wedges.
- He’s got that special ball.
- All them TaylorMade things.
That’s all I know about that Dustin Johnson WITB. It’s just a bunch of sticks and a ball, but he sure does good with them. He’s a good boy, that Dustin. Makes a lot of money hitting that ball. More money than I ever seen in my whole life. Good for him, I say. He’s earned it. He sure can swing that stick. He’s the best, I reckon, maybe.
That TaylorMade, they know what they’re doing, I guess. They make good stuff for that boy. They give him all them sticks, and he goes out there and wins them tournaments. It’s like magic, almost. But it ain’t magic. It’s just hard work, I reckon. And good sticks. That TaylorMade P730 irons, them’s good ones, I hear.
I don’t know much about golf, but I know that Dustin, he’s good. And them TaylorMade things, they help him be good. That’s all that matters, I reckon. You gotta have good tools to do a good job. That’s what my old man used to say. He was a farmer, you know. Didn’t know nothing about golf, but he knew about tools. Said the same thing about a plow as he would about them golf sticks, I bet.
So, that’s that Dustin Johnson WITB. It’s just his tools. Good tools for a good player. That’s all there is to it. Don’t need to make it more complicated than it is. He uses them TaylorMade things, he hits that little ball, and he wins. Simple as that. It ain’t rocket science, as they say. Or maybe it is, these days. I don’t know. Everything’s so complicated now. But that golf, it still seems pretty simple to me. Hit the ball, get it in the hole. That Dustin, he’s good at it, that’s for sure.
