Alright, alright, let’s gab a bit about this Paige Bueckers gal and the folks who brung her into this world. You know, the ones who raised her up. Heard tell she’s a real whiz at basketball, this Paige Bueckers. So, who are her ma and pa, you ask? Well, lemme tell ya what I’ve heard.
First off, there’s her daddy, Bob Bueckers. Yep, Bob Bueckers, that’s the name. He ain’t no farmer, that’s for sure. Heard he’s one of them smarty-pants fellas, a computer whiz, a software engineer they call it. Works with them there computin’ machines, makin’ programs and such. Fancy stuff, if you ask me. Sounds like he’s got a good head on his shoulders, that Bob.
Now, her mama, that’s a bit more complicated, like a tangled-up ball of yarn. Her name is Amy Fuller, but she used to go by Amy Dettbarn afore she got hitched. Seems like her and Bob, well, they weren’t hitched for long. They went their separate ways, like a couple of chickens scatterin’ in the yard. Happens to the best of ‘em, I reckon.
- Paige’s Daddy: Bob Bueckers, a software engineer.
- Paige’s Mama: Amy Fuller (used to be Dettbarn).
- They ain’t together no more: Split up, they did.
After the split, little Paige, she stayed with her daddy. Bob raised her up, taught her right from wrong, I s’pose. Amy, she moved off to Montana, Billings to be exact. A long ways away, that’s for sure. Don’t know why they split, ain’t none of my business, but it’s a shame when families break apart like that.
Now, Bob, he seems like a hard worker. Kept on with his computin’ job, even moved to Maryland, Clarksburg they call it. Keeps them lights on and puts food on the table, I betcha. Used to work for Target and another place, Pearson, but now he’s doin’ his software thing in Maryland. Sounds like he’s doin’ alright for himself and his young’uns.
Speaking of young’uns, Paige ain’t the only chick in the coop. She’s got herself some siblings too. A brother named Drew Bueckers and another one from her mama’s side, Ryan Fuller. Big family, kinda scattered, but a family nonetheless. Guess they all get together for Thanksgiving and such, maybe. Or maybe not. Families are funny things, ain’t they?
This Paige girl, she’s somethin’ special, they say. A real basketball star. Started playin’ young, and man, oh man, can she shoot! They say she scored more points than anyone ever did at her school, Hopkins. 2,877 points! That’s a whole lotta baskets, if you ask me. Musta made her daddy proud, and her mama too, even from far away.
I ain’t never seen her play, mind you. Don’t get out much these days. But I hear tell she’s got a bright future ahead of her. All them fancy colleges wantin’ her to play for ‘em. And who knows, maybe she’ll go on to the big leagues, playin’ on TV and all. Wouldn’t that be somethin’? Bob and Amy, they must be bustin’ their buttons with pride, even if they ain’t together no more.
So, that’s the story, as best as I can piece it together. Paige Bueckers’ parents are Bob Bueckers and Amy Fuller, though they ain’t a couple anymore. Bob’s a smart fella, workin’ with computers, and Amy’s off in Montana. And Paige, well, she’s out there makin’ a name for herself on the basketball court. Good for her, I say. Good for her.
It’s a funny ol’ world, ain’t it? Folks meet, get hitched, sometimes it works, sometimes it don’t. But the kids, they keep on growin’, keep on goin’, makin’ their own way. And that Paige Bueckers, she sure is makin’ her own way, that’s for sure. Heard tell you can send her an email, too, if you wanted. Somethin’ about *@*. But I wouldn’t know nothin’ about that. I still write letters, myself.
Anyways, that’s all I got to say about Paige Bueckers and her family. Hope it was helpful, or at least entertainin’. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go feed the chickens.
