Alright, alright, let’s talk about this Sethos fella from that Genshin game. My grandkids, they keep yappin’ about him, so I figured I’d try and make some sense of it all. Sounds like he’s a bow-wieldin’ fella, uses that electric power, you know, like lightning bugs but way stronger.
Now, if you wanna make this Sethos strong, you gotta get him some stuff. They call it “ascension materials” and “talent materials,” fancy words for things he needs to get better. Think of it like feedin’ a chicken to make it grow big and fat, but with, well, less chicken and more…sparkly things, I guess.
First off, you gotta go smack around some of them Eremite fellas. They’re all over the place, in the deserts and the rainforests, wearin’ them eye coverings. You gotta beat ’em up and take those eye things. Sethos needs a whole bunch of ’em. They got different names too, like Faded Red Satin, Trimmed Red Silk, and Rich Red Brocade. Sounds like somethin’ you’d find in a fancy store, but nope, it’s just from whacking those Eremites. You need a whole heap of these, mind you. Don’t go thinkin’ a few will do the trick.

Then there’s this big ol’ beastie called the Solitary Suanni. Lives over in Liyue, in a place called Chenyu Vale. You gotta fight that thing and get its Cloudseam Scales. Sounds scary, but my grandkids say it ain’t too bad. You’ll need 46 of them scales to get Sethos all the way leveled up to 90. That’s a lot of scales, let me tell ya. Reminds me of fishin’ back in the day, always countin’ how many you caught.
Now, for makin’ Sethos’s moves stronger, that’s where the “talent materials” come in. You guessed it, more Eremite cloths! Seems like those fellas are good for somethin’ after all, besides causin’ trouble. And you need some other stuff too, but I ain’t gonna get into all that. Too much for my old brain to handle.
So, what’s Sethos good for, anyway? Seems he’s what they call a “Main DPS,” which means he does a lot of the fightin’. He uses that bow of his and all that electric power to whoop on the bad guys. My grandkids say he’s really good if you give him somethin’ called “Elemental Mastery.” Sounds like makin’ his electric power even stronger. They talk about things called “artifacts” too. Wanderer’s Troupe and Gilded Dreams, they say. More fancy names for things that make Sethos better at fightin’. It’s all a bit much, to be honest.
They also say Sethos is a 4-star character. Don’t know what that means exactly, but sounds like he ain’t the rarest one, but he’s still pretty good. He’s comin’ out in somethin’ called version 4.7. These youngsters and their numbers, always gotta keep track of everything.
Anyways, that’s the gist of it. You want Sethos to be strong, you gotta get him them Eremite cloths, those Suanni scales, and some other bits and bobs. And then you gotta give him the right “artifacts” and make sure his “Elemental Mastery” is high. It’s a whole lotta work, if you ask me. But those grandkids of mine, they seem to enjoy it. Maybe I’ll just stick to watchin’ them play. It’s less confusin’ that way.
So, if you’re plannin’ on gettin’ this Sethos fella, get ready to do some huntin’. Those Eremites and that Suanni ain’t gonna give up their stuff without a fight. And remember, you need a whole heap of materials to make him really strong. Good luck, you’ll need it!
