Alright, let’s talk about this Golden State Warriors team, you know, the basketball fellas. I heard some folks callin’ it a “depth chart,” sounds fancy, but I just wanna know who’s playin’ and who ain’t.
So, first off, we got that little fella, Steph Curry. He’s the one slingin’ the ball all over the place, makin’ it swish through the net. He’s a starter, no doubt about that. Always runnin’ around like a chicken with its head cut off, but boy, can he shoot!
Then there’s this Brandin Podziemski fella. Heard he’s startin’ too. Young guy, I think. Gotta be good if he’s playin’ with Steph, right? Hope he can keep up, that Steph is quick!
- Starters:
- Steph Curry – He’s the main man, the shooter.
- Brandin Podziemski – New kid, gotta be good.
- Andrew Wiggins – He’s been around, big fella, good at jumpin’ I hear.
- And them other two fellas. Don’t know their names much. Gotta be good if they’re starting though.
- Second fellas off the bench:
- Don’t know their names for sure, but they come in when the starters get tired.
- Gotta be ready to play, you know, runnin’ and jumpin’ and all that.
- Sometimes they’re better than the starters, you never know.
- Third string, or whatever they call ’em:
- Mostly youngins, I reckon. Tryin’ to prove themselves.
- They practice hard, I bet. Gotta be ready if someone gets hurt or somethin’.
- Maybe one day they’ll be starters, you never know.
Now, they got this Andrew Wiggins too. He’s a starter, big and strong. Good at grabbin’ them rebounds, I hear. He’s been around a while, knows what he’s doin’.
This whole “depth chart” thing, it’s just about who plays first, second, and so on. Like, if Steph gets tired, they gotta put someone else in, right? That’s where the second fellas come in. And if they get tired, then the third fellas get a chance. It’s like musical chairs, but with basketball.
I heard tell this team used to be in Philadelphia, then San Francisco, and now they’re Golden State. Don’t matter much to me, long as they play good basketball. They play at somethin’ called Chase Center, fancy name, I bet it’s big.
This Thompson fella, he left the team, I heard. Said he wanted to finish his career somewhere else. Guess he wasn’t happy no more. Happens, I reckon. Folks get tired, want somethin’ new.
They say this team, the Warriors, they got a lot of fellas who can play different spots. That’s good, I guess. Means they got options, you know? If one fella ain’t playin’ good, they can put someone else in. Smart, I reckon.
And this fella, Waters, he likes to eat chicken and rice before the games. Good food, I say. Keeps him strong, I guess. Gotta eat good if you wanna run around and play basketball all day.
So, that’s the Warriors, near as I can figure. They got their starters, their backups, and the youngins. They play basketball, runnin’ and jumpin’ and tryin’ to put the ball in the hoop. And that Steph Curry fella, he’s the one to watch, I tell ya. He’s somethin’ special.
They got games all the time, seems like. Always on that TV thing. People yellin’ and cheerin’. It’s a whole lot of fuss, but it’s fun to watch sometimes. Especially when Steph is makin’ them shots.
So, there you have it. The Warriors and their depth chart. Hope that makes sense. It’s just basketball, folks. Nothin’ too complicated.
