Alright, let’s talk about this Akshay Bhatia fella and his folks. I heard tell he’s a golfer, a pretty good one at that. Folks are always yappin’ about him on the TV, so I figured I’d do some snoopin’ around, you know, see what’s what.

They first set foot in California, a place called Northridge. That’s where they got hitched, set up shop, you know, started a family. But then, things changed. In 2011, they packed up their bags and moved to Wake Forest, North Carolina. Why, you ask? Well, it seems they wanted better things for their young’uns, more chances for them to shine. That’s what good parents do, ain’t it? Always lookin’ out for their kids.
Speaking of kids, Akshay, he ain’t the only one they got. He’s got sisters too. One’s named Rhea, and she’s a golfer just like him, plays for some college team down in Charlotte. The other one’s Nikitta, lives out in Texas with her husband and two little girls. Sounds like a whole passel of ’em, a big, happy family, I reckon.
Now, about Akshay and his golf. Seems like his folks played a big part in that. Folks are sayin’ they homeschooled him, so he could spend more time on the golf course. Can you imagine? Reminded me of when my own kids were growin’ up, all the hopes and dreams we had for ’em.

They give up a lot for their children, moved across the world, even taught him at home so he could chase his dreams. Now that’s what I call dedication. It ain’t easy raisin’ kids, no matter where you are, but these folks did it right. They should be proud of themselves, and I bet they are.
And you know, it goes to show you, it don’t matter where you come from, or how you start out. If you got good folks behind you, and you’re willin’ to work hard, you can do just about anythin’ you set your mind to. That’s the way I see it, anyway. And I reckon that’s the lesson we can all learn from this Akshay Bhatia and his folks.
