Alright, so you wanna know about this Ben Hill Griffin Stadium bag thing, huh? Well, lemme tell ya, it ain’t rocket science. They got rules, ya know, like everywhere else these days. Can’t just waltz in there with any ol’ bag you please. They want things see-through, like a window, so they know you ain’t hidin’ nothin’.
What kind of bags can you bring? Well, they gotta be CLEAR, like crystal clear. Think them flimsy plastic bags you get at the grocery store, but a bit tougher, maybe. They say plastic, vinyl, or PVC. Don’t go askin’ me what PVC is, some fancy city folk stuff, I reckon. Just make sure it’s clear, that’s the main thing.
- Clear plastic bags
- Clear vinyl bags
- Clear PVC bags
And listen here, they can’t be bigger than a breadbox, kinda. They say 12″ x 6″ x 12″. I ain’t got no ruler on me, but it’s about the size of, well, a small watermelon, I guess. Don’t go tryin’ to sneak in a suitcase, they ain’t gonna let that slide.
Now, when you get there, them security folks, they gonna be lookin’ at your bag real close-like. They gotta make sure you ain’t got nothin’ you shouldn’t. Don’t get all huffy about it, they just doin’ their job. Keepin’ us all safe, ya know?
And when did all this start? Seems like they started this bag rule last year, around September. They had a game against some place called Massachusetts. That’s up north, ain’t it? Anyways, that’s when the new rules kicked in.
What happens if you bring the wrong bag? Well, you ain’t gettin’ in, that’s for sure. They gonna tell ya to take that bag back to your car. So, save yourself the trouble and just bring the right kind of bag in the first place. Ain’t nobody got time for walkin’ all the way back to the car.
They do this bag thing for all sorts of events at the stadium, not just football games. Even graduations, them fancy college graduations, they got the same rules. So, whether you’re goin’ to see a football game or watch your grandkid get their diploma, the bag rules are the same.
This clear bag rule, it’s for everyone, students, guests, everybody. No special treatment for nobody. They just want to make sure everyone’s safe and sound. Can’t be too careful these days, with all the things goin’ on in the world. They don’t want no trouble, and neither do we.
And don’t think you can just stuff your pockets full, neither. They got rules about that too, I bet. Best to just stick with the clear bag, keep it simple. That way, you get in easy, no fuss, no muss.
So, to recap, clear bag, small bag. That’s the long and short of it. Don’t make it harder than it needs to be. Just follow the rules and you’ll be fine. They ain’t tryin’ to be mean, just keepin’ things safe for everyone. And that’s a good thing, ya know? Safety first, that’s what I always say.
Now you know all about them bag rules at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Go on, have yourself a good time, but remember what I told ya. Clear bag, small bag, and you’re good to go!
