Okay, so I wanted to make a cool “Royal Blood” poster, you know, for my room. I’m a big fan of the band, and I thought it would be awesome to have some unique artwork.

Getting Started
First, I scoured the internet for some inspiration. I looked at official posters, fan art, everything I could find. I wanted something that captured their raw, energetic sound, but also had a bit of a vintage feel.
The Design Process
I decided to go with a minimalist design. I’m no professional artist, so keeping it simple was key. I picked a color palette of just black, white, and a deep red – classic, powerful colors that fit the band’s vibe.
- I found a high-resolution image of the band’s logo. That was going to be the centerpiece.
- Next, I played around with different fonts. I wanted something bold, but not too fancy. I ended up with a slightly distressed-looking sans-serif font.
- I added some subtle texture to the background to give it that vintage feel I was going for. Nothing too crazy, just a bit of “noise” to make it look less flat.
Putting It All Together
I messed around to get this poster to look right.
I made sure the logo was centered and prominent. Then I added the band’s name below it, in the font I had chosen. I played around with the spacing and sizing until it looked balanced.
The Final Result
Honestly, it turned out better than I expected! It’s not perfect, but it’s got that raw, DIY vibe that I love. It’s now proudly hanging on my wall, and it definitely adds a cool touch to my room. If you are also a fan, you should try it!
