Okay, so I was trying to figure out who’s commentating on the US Open, and let me tell you, it wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it would be.

First Attempts
I started by, you know, just watching the matches. I figured I’d catch the commentators’ names during the broadcast. I paid attention to the introductions and the on-screen graphics.
Problem is, sometimes they don’t explicitly say the names, or they go by quickly, and if you’re like me and multi-tasking while watching, you might miss it.
Digging Deeper
Then, I thought, “Okay, let’s get a little more methodical.” I checked the official US Open website. I figured they must have a list of broadcasters somewhere, right?
I scrolled through schedules, articles… nothing obvious jumped out at me.
The Social Media Route
So, I switched gears and headed to social media. I figured fans might be talking about the commentators, or maybe the commentators themselves would be posting about it.
- I searched Twitter.
- I looked at some fan accounts.
- I found the commentrators.
This actually turned out to be the key,I finally got it.
