Okay, so today I decided to get serious about farming in Stardew Valley. My farm’s been a mess, and I really wanted to get a good wheat crop going. First thing, I cleared out a big patch of land. You know, got rid of all the rocks, weeds, and random bits of wood lying around.

Next, I grabbed my hoe and started tilling the soil. Made nice, neat rows. It’s kind of relaxing, actually. Like digital gardening without the backache!
Planting the Seeds
- Went to Pierre’s and bought a bunch of wheat seeds. They’re pretty cheap, thankfully.
- Then, I just went row by row, planting the seeds. It’s super simple, just click, click, click.
Now, the waiting game. I watered the soil every single day. Gotta keep those little seeds happy. I made sure my watering can was always full, heading to the pond when the source ran dry.
The Harvest
After four days, boom! Wheat everywhere! I whipped out my scythe and started harvesting. It’s so satisfying to see all that wheat piling up.
Finally, I could sell all, and I now have wheat to turn into flour later. I could also put some into a keg to get beer. A lucrative crop indeed!
