Okay, so I’ve been messing around with makeup again, and this time it’s all about Caleb Surratt. I saw some stuff online, and I was like, “I gotta try this.”
Getting Started
First, I cleaned my face. You know, the usual – cleanser, toner, moisturizer. Gotta have a good base, right? Then, I dug out all my makeup. I have way too much, honestly, but I was looking for anything that looked similar to what I saw in the Caleb Surratt tutorials.
The Process
- I started with the eyes. I saw this smoky eye look, so I grabbed a dark brown eyeshadow and smudged it all over my lids. It wasn’t perfect, but hey, that’s part of the fun, right?
- Next, I tried to do some eyeliner. This is always tricky for me. I shaked a little, messed it up a bit, and have to use a cotton swab to fix the mistakes, but I eventually get a decent line.
- Then, I put on some mascara. I always poke myself in the eye at least once. It’s a talent, I swear.
- Then,I applied foundation and conclear,I always feel it looks cakey.
- Finally, I added a bit of blush and some lip gloss. I don’t usually wear lipstick, so lip gloss is my go-to.
The Results
It wasn’t exactly like the pictures I saw, but it was… something. I took a few selfies, played around with the filters, and that I felt okay with it. Makeup is all about experimenting, right? It’s not about being perfect, it’s about having fun and feeling good. And honestly, I felt pretty good.
I spent like an hour doing this, and I’m no expert, but I think I am getting better. I might try some other Caleb Surratt looks later.
