Okay, so I’ve been messing around with Amber in Brawl Stars, trying to figure out the best way to build her. I spent a good chunk of time playing different modes, experimenting with different gadgets and star powers. It was a bit of a grind, but hey, someone’s gotta do it, right?
First off, I jumped into some Gem Grab matches. Amber’s pretty good at controlling areas with her fire, so I figured that would be a good place to start. I tried out her “Fire Starters” gadget, which lets her drop a little puddle of oil and light it up. It’s decent for blocking off choke points, but honestly, it felt a little underwhelming.
Then I switched gears and tested her other gadget, “Dancing Flames.” This one lets her dash a short distance, leaving a trail of fire behind. Now this felt a lot better. I could use it to quickly close the distance on enemies, or escape when things got hairy. It definitely made her feel more mobile and aggressive, which I liked.
Star Power Showdown
Next up was figuring out which Star Power was the way to go. I started with “Wild Flames,” which lets Amber have two puddles of oil at once. This seemed like it would be great for area denial, and it was, to an extent. I could lock down a bigger area, making it harder for enemies to push through. But it didn’t feel like a huge game-changer.
So then I gave “Scorchin’ Siphon” a try. This one lets Amber reload her ammo faster while standing in her oil. And wow, this was a noticeable difference. I was able to keep up a near-constant stream of fire, making it really hard for enemies to even get close. I felt like a walking flamethrower, just melting everyone down. It got pretty crazy sometimes, I had to really focus on keeping my aim steady.

Gears
Finally there’s gears, after many tries, I found that damage and speed gears are most suitable for amber.
After all this experimenting, I definitely think the “Dancing Flames” gadget and “Scorchin’ Siphon” Star Power combo is the best way to go with Amber. She becomes this super aggressive, high-damage dealer who can just melt through the enemy team. She’s still a bit squishy, so you gotta be careful, but with this build, you can really dominate. My win rate definitely went up after switching to this setup, so give it a shot!
