Turns out, not really! Some are super high on him, others are a bit more cautious. Some guys I saw were also saying good things about Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Victor Wembanyama – I made a note to look into them later.
Next, I dug into the actual numbers – points, rebounds, assists, all that jazz. I looked at his averages for the season, his recent games, and even how he’s done against specific teams. I put together some rough notes and charts, just trying to get a feel for his performance trends. My desk was a complete mess with papers everywhere, I have to tell you.

I figured out that making predictions about pro athletes is tough! But you know what? It was actually pretty fun, in a nerdy kind of way. And I learned a ton about basketball and stats and all that. Maybe I’ll try this again with some other players. Or maybe I’ll just stick to watching the games. We’ll see!
