So, I’ve been messing around with this idea of making a Saudi Arabia-themed T-shirt. Sounds simple, right? But boy, did I dive deep into this!
First off, I started looking around to see what’s already out there. I browsed through a bunch of online shops. I saw a lot of the same stuff – flags, maps, and some with the Saudi emblem.
Then I got to thinking, what do I want on my shirt? Just another flag? Nah, I wanted something a bit more… me. I played around with a few ideas. Maybe something with a cool design, or a funny slogan? I even thought about putting a map on it, but then I realized, who really needs a map on their T-shirt?
- Checked out existing designs online.
- Brainstormed some unique ideas.
- Realized maps on T-shirts are kinda pointless.
Next, I tried to find some decent design tools. I’m no artist, so I needed something easy. I messed with a couple of online design programs. They were okay, I guess. I managed to put some shapes and text together, but it wasn’t exactly what I had in mind.
I spent a good chunk of time just staring at my screen, moving things around, changing colors. It was a bit of a mess, to be honest. I did learn a thing or two about what I didn’t want, though. Like, bright neon colors? Not my style for this project.
The Design Process
After all that, I finally settled on a simple design. It’s got the Saudi emblem, but I tweaked it a little to make it look kind of modern and cool. I picked a dark green color for the shirt, you know, to match the flag and all that.
Finally, I had to figure out how to actually get this thing made. I looked into a few online printing services. Some were pretty pricey, especially since I only wanted one shirt. I ended up finding one that was fairly reasonable. I uploaded my design, chose the shirt size and color, and hit order.
It took about a week, but I finally got my custom Saudi Arabia T-shirt in the mail. It’s not perfect, but hey, I made it! It was quite the journey for just a T-shirt, but I gotta say, it’s pretty cool to wear something you designed yourself, even if it’s just a simple design with the Saudi emblem. I guess it was less about the shirt itself and more about just trying out something new and seeing it through to the end, messy as it was.
